Step 1 :

Empty the mango pulp into a vessel and add one cup of water and the mango jelly crystals.

Step 2 :

Keep stirring it on low heat until the mixture warms up and the jelly crystals dissolve.

Step 3 :

Add sugar to the whipping cream and whisk until it forms soft peaks.

Step 4 :

Once the mango mixture cools down add the whipping cream to it and fold it in until they mix well.

Step 5 :

Transfer the mixture to serving bowls and refrigerate for 45 min.

Step 6 :

Garnish it with a small dollop of whipped cream and serve it chilled.
