Coconut Milk Soup

This soup is very healthy especially in winter season to keep away from flu and cold.

Step 1 :

Heat oil on a pan over medium flame.

Step 2 :

Cook and stir ginger, lemon grass and red chilli paste for 1 minute in it.

Step 3 :

Now, dissolve maggi cubes in the water and slowly pour it over the mixture, keep stirring while doing so.

Step 4 :

Add fish sauce and little sugar and stir well.

Step 5 :

Now, place a lid on pan and allow it to cook for 15 minutes.

Step 6 :

Add coconut milk and mushrooms to the mixture and stir it continuously while adding, cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 7 :

Cook until it is no longer translucent, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt, stir well.

Step 8 :

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, pour it into bowls and serve it hot!
