Tropical Frushi Millet Donut

Bite into the toothsome sweet millet donut and relish the burst of tropical flavours!

Cooking Steps

Millet Cooking

Step 1 :

Wash and soak the millet for half an hour.

Step 2 :

Boil 2 cups water.

Step 3 :

Add soaked millet, cover lid and cook for 8 to10 minutes.

Sweet coconut cream sauce

Step 1 :

In a sauce pan, combine all the ingredients of sauce and bring it to a light simmer. Switch off the flame.

Step 2 :

Mix the cooked millet with coconut sauce. While both are hot, combine until all sauce is soaked.

Step 3 :

Place the coconut millet mixture into a donut mould. Press all over gently and refrigerator it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4 :

Flip the donuts onto a serving plate and decorate the donuts using sliced fruits and seeds.
