Veg Cheese Pizza

A quick and delicious pizza recipe made with a mix of vegetables!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a mixing bowl. Add all the chopped veggies – onions, tomatoes, corn kernels and capsicum. Add salt and mix well. Set aside.

Step 2 :

Grate the mozzarella cheese with the help of a grater. Keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Take a pizza base. Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza.

Step 4 :

Spread the grated cheese and top with the chopped vegetables.

Step 5 :

Spread the cheese again on the vegetables. Sprinkle oregano, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes.

Step 6 :

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200-degree Celsius. Then switch off the microwave oven and take out the pizza.

Step 7 :

Hot and yummy pizza is ready to be served.
