Grandma’s Chicken & Mushroom Mini Pies

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Add oil to the pan, after the oil gets hot, add chicken and mushrooms.

Step 2 :

Cook till water evaporates.

Step 3 :

In another pan, cook the butter and flour together, add milk to the mixture.

Step 4 :

Add pepper, salt and the chicken, mushroom mixture.

Step 5 :

Cook till the mixture thickens and then add cream and let it cool.

Step 6 :

To make the base, mix all the ingredients together, adding water in the end.

Step 7 :

Knead it into a dough.

Step 8 :

Make small balls and roll it into small circles.

Step 9 :

Line the cup cake moulds with the dough and fill the cooked mixture.

Step 10 :

Cut rounds with the leftover dough and cover the top of the moulds.

Step 11 :

Glaze it with the beaten egg. Bake at 200’C for 20 mins.
