Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut each idly into six strips and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

Step 3 :

Heat the oil. Now dip each strip of idly into the egg batter and fry till golden brown. Remove and keep on a plate. Fry all the strips in the same manner.

Step 4 :

Now add the Ching’s Schezwan Chutney to the fried idly and stir well. Sprinkle the grated cheese and then garnish with spring onion leeks.
