Cheese Capsicum and Potato Curry

This dish will go very well with a chapati or paratha. You can even use it as a stuffing for the sandwich.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat the oil and add the cumin, mustard, green chilies and garlic.

Step 2 :

Add in the turmeric, amchoor, dhania and cumin powders and mix well.

Step 3 :

Add bel peppers and mix well.

Step 4 :

Add the mashed potatoes and salt.

Step 5 :

Continue frying on a lower heat setting for about 2 more minutes.

Step 6 :

Now add Kraft grated cheese to the dish and mix well.

Step 7 :

Remove from the fire and serve with hot chappati, parota or bread.
