Step 1 :
Heat water and add sugar, cardamom pods and cinnamon stick. Sugar can be added according to taste.
Step 2 :
Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Spiced sugar concoction is ready.
Step 3 :
Put instant coffee powder in a blender. Add the spiced sugar concoction and mix well.
Step 4 :
Add chilled milk to the blender. For better results, use full cream milk.
Step 5 :
Add the ice cubes and blend for a minute. Masala Coffee Frappe is ready.
Step 6 :
Garnish the serving glass with chocolate syrup by pouring chocolate syrup randomly along the sides of the serving glass.
Step 7 :
Pour the blended Masala Coffee Frappe in the glass. Garnish it with chocolate shavings or chocolate ice cream and it is ready to serve.
