Preparation

Step 1 :

Make coriander paste and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Dry roast the ajwain and jeera.

Step 3 :

Semi-fry the onion (cut in 4 pieces) and garlic cloves, then make a paste of them.

Step 4 :

Add all ingredients into batter except butter, and beat the batter well.

Step 5 :

Now grease your pan with butter and spread out the dosa batter, half cup for each dosa.

Step 6 :

Each dosa will take 1-2 mins to be cooked.

Step 7 :

Served hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
