It has lot of rice weevil, small insects. Though the packet outside was looking good. Now it will be a headache to clean the rice daily when it is to be cooked. Bad... 

this time it is new rice... totally dissatisfied otherwise I am using this rice from long time.

mixed grains of idali rice or some other rice in bb royal surti kolam....not satisfied with the quality of products delivered by BB from last two to three time...there is no option for return showing in order details 

The grains after cooking are aticky and big...and does not taste good

the quality of the rice is not good.. we want to exchange with good quality rice. we want to refund. please make arrangements to collect it and replace with qood quality rice
