the quality of the rice is not good.. we want to exchange with good quality rice. we want to refund. please make arrangements to collect it and replace with qood quality rice

Product is deceptively advertised as "12 months old" where as it is from current year 2025 crop. For health reasons I was looking for old rice and bought it from BB. Strangely BB confirmed that product is 12 months old. 

this time it is new rice... totally dissatisfied otherwise I am using this rice from long time.
