Plum Matte In Heaven Liquid Lipstick is matte, smudge-proof yet non-drying truly made (or matte) in heaven! Highly pigmented shades are handpicked to suit all Indian skin tones. Made with love, it contains no talc, no parabens and phthalates. 100% vegan and cruelty-free. This revolutionary lip tint glides on like velvet and turns matte as it dries. Soft and smooth texture liquid lipstick with a velvet matte finish.
