About the Product

Hawkins Tri-ply Stainless Steel Cookware is made to give you the advantages of cooking in stainless steel while removing the disadvantages of sticking and burning that come with normal stainless steel. 

Cooking Surface Made from 18/8 food-grade (AISI 304) stainless steel of superior quality, the cooking surface is extremely hygienic, very durable, does not react with most foods, and does not pit or corrode. 

Core The heavy gauge aluminium core spreads heat well for even cooking with no hot spots, and retains heat for quick cooking, batch after batch. It is sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel and does not come in contact with food on the cooking surface. Base and Outer Surface The base and outer surface are made of AISI 430 grade, magnetic stainless steel. The Cookware can hence be used on all domestic gas, induction, electric, and ceramic and halogen cooktops.

Care Instruction
  1. Do not use high heat.
  2. Never "dry heat".
  3. Wipe off residual oil with a paper napkin or muslin cloth from hot pan immediately after cooking.
  4. Allow pan to cool before washing.
  5. Do not wash pan or lid in a dishwasher.
  6. Always wash all surfaces of the pan thoroughly after every use in hot water with a non-abrasive chlorine-free kitchen cleaner.

Nice product
Love the product, but adhesive you are using for paste the brand name is so stubborn that I am not able to clean the kadai, can you help how to do this, and that is also in the middle of the kadai. I have followed all the instructions from the booklet but not working....
