Effect of This Atta on Blood Sugar Control.
Rotis are excellent both in look and taste. However I purchased this for contol of my blood sugar level. I am a new patient of blood sugar and not taking any medicine for its control, but I am trying to manage it by controlling my foods. Due to this I started using this atta. How effective it is in sugar control can only be said after my blood sugar check up.

Ashirwad Aatta sugar control tasting little Raw.
I have used the same product from Amazon many times, it tasted So good .This time buying from big basket for the first time, its tasting Very raw, sandy taste .as if the other grains which are mixed not in proportionate....little disappointed.
otherwise Big Basket is doing very fine.
