• Soak the Poha in water for some time till they are soft and puffy.
• Drain the water and keep aside.
• Cut onions and potato and keep the, ready as the oil in the pan becomes hot.
• Throw in some mustard seeds, green chillies, and curry leaves, then add the potatoes and onions along with some peanuts.
• Once the potato has softened, add salt and turmeric along with the Poha.
• Stir a little and you are done.
• Store in a clean and dry place and in air tight container .
