some grains are getting cooked full but some less even cooked for same time. small balls are formed after cooking. very bad experience for me when ordered from big basket

Rice quality is worst.. after cooking, It is becoming gum and pasty as new rice... but we purchased 12 months plus old rice... we are not happy with this rice... better you replace the item with old rice or take back... first time we are facing this kind of issues... we have good faith on Big basket, but we are losing confidence on BB.... this time we have a bad experience with BB as they have assured 12 months plus old rice... but supplied fresh and new rice...it resulted us a bad experience daily....

quality of the rice is worst. It is sticky when cooked. Looks like substandard product, extremely unsatisfied and not expected from Bigbasket...
