Have been buying this Brand over the last year or so, was fine initially but for the last 3 purchases, the quality has deteriorated as regarding ageing. Almost new rice which does not cook well and is a disappointment. Please introduce controls on quality as this is your own brand…!

Ageing not up to the mark, needs better controls..

rice is sticky when cooked. it is not sona masoori. definitely 12 month old sona masoori doesn't become sticky. they packed some cheap rice in sona masoori label.

on packet it's not written sona masoori how we will identify what kind of rice we are getting 

The product has misleading information as the item description says that the rice is 12+ months old however in reality it is less than 3 months old. No matter how you cook it comes out as all sticky and messed up.

Rice is not of fine quality as was being received earlier and the cooked rice is sticky and forming into lumps

poor rice quality
