Skin the chicken and make slits. Cut the potatoes into halves.
Step 2

Marinate chicken and potatoes with the above mentioned spice powders. Add the lime juice and add 2 tablespoon of oil while marinating. Marinate for about 20 min.
Step 3

Now take a non stick frying pan add 2 tablespoons oil to it. Slow cook the chicken and potatoes on medium flame.
Step 4

Once browned on both sides cover with a tight lid and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Last 5 minutes make sure the water evaporates and serve it on a plate with fresh spinach.
