Steps

Step 1 :

Pressure cook vegetables (potato, capsicum, carrot, green peas and cauliflower) in excess water

Step 2 :

After pressure cooking, decant the water in a separate vessel. Mash the vegetables fine with a masher

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a kadai

Step 4 :

Add finely chopped onion cook till light brown

Step 5 :

Add fine chopped tomato and cook till bhuna masala leaves oil

Step 6 :

Add ginger and garlic paste and cook

Step 7 :

Add red chilly powder and salt and mix well

Step 8 :

Now add tomato puree and cook for 2 min

Step 9 :

Now add mashed vegetables and water (kept in the vessel) and mix well

Step 10 :

Cook for 2-3 min

Step 11 :

Add Knorr Chef's Pav Bhaji masala and cook for 2-3 min
