Awadhi Galouti Kabab

Just one of the many delicious kababs that are the main stay of Awadhi cuisine from Lucknow in North India Uttar Pradesh. Try this melt-in-your-mouth kabab with Mint coriander chutney.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop onions thinly

Step 2 :

Make the paste of Papaya

Step 3 :

Roast chana dal slightly

Kababs into making

Step 1 :

Add all the ingredients (except butter) to the minced mutton and mix well

Step 2 :

Refrigerate the mix for 1 hour

Step 3 :

Remove the mix from refrigerator, add melted butter and form small kabab patties

Step 4 :

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium flame and fry the kababs till golden brown from both sides

Step 5 :

Cool on paper towels

Step 6 : For Serving

Serve the Galouti Kababs hot with onion rings and spicy mint chutney.
