Method
Step 1 :
Prepare the Dough:- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and powdered sugar. Add butter and rub gently until crumbly. Add vanilla essence and milk little by little to form a soft, pliable dough. Fold in choco chips.
Step 2 :
Prepare the Strawberry Centre:- Pat the strawberries dry completely, dip lightly in melted dark chocolate and chill (this prevents moisture release).
Step 3 :
Shape the Pine Cone:- Take a portion of dough, flatten it, and place a strawberry in the centre. Seal gently and shape into an oval cone.
Step 4 :
Create Pine-Cone Scales:- Carefully insert chocolate flakes or almond flakes from bottom to top, overlapping slightly to resemble pine-cone petals.
Step 5 :
Set:- Chill the no-bake chocolate dough.
Step 6 :
Finish & Serve:- Cool completely. Dust lightly with icing sugar for a wintery, frosted look.
