A protein-packed, oven-baked twist on the classic frittata—made with chickpea flour, tofu, and veggies for a wholesome vegan delight.

Cooking Steps

Chickpea Flour Frittata

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 205° celsius.

Step 2 :

In a large mixing bowl add everything except the tomatoes and kale and mix well.

Step 3 :

Stir in the washed and chopped kale and diced tomatoes. Pour into a baking dish and spread out evenly and top with tomato slices.

Step 4 :

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre of the dish.

Step 5 :

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
