Cooking Steps

Moringa Podi

Step 1 :

Remove (Moringa Oleifera) leaves from the bunch and rinse it in clean water and air dry it for 10-15 minutes (do not dry it under the sun).

Step 2 :

Roast the leaves in edible oil for 5 minutes and allow to cool to room temperature. Set aside.

Step 3 :

Dry roast all the other ingredients. Allow to cool under room temperature.

Step 4 :

Mix all together and add it to a mixy jar and grind it to a fine powder. Store it and Air-tight container.
