This is an easy to make healthy paratha as it made from methi and multigrain flour.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Combine multigrain flour, methi leaves, sesame seeds, finely chopped green chilli, hing, coriander powder, red chillli powder and salt.

Step 2 :

Stir in curd and knead it well to make a firm dough, add water if necessary and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3 :

Now, roll out small 4-6 diameter rotis (circles) from the dough.

Step 4 :

Cook it on a pre-heated skillet with oil on both side until it has few brown spots.
