This is healthy protein and calcium bar. It has the richness of nuts and natural sweetness from dates which satisfies your taste-buds.

Step 1 :

Dry roast almonds and walnuts for 1 minute.

Step 2 :

Grind the dates into a fine paste.

Step 3 :

Now, coarsely grind almonds and walnuts.

Step 4 :

Mix cranberries, chopped chocolate, dates paste, prepared ground nuts powder and sesame seeds, in a bowl.

Step 5 :

Add pinch of salt and knee the mixture to form a dough like structure.

Step 6 :

Spread it across a rectangular sheet or plate and put it in freezer for 5 minutes to set. Ensure to grease the plate with a little butter before pouring the mixture in it.

Step 7 :

Take it out of freezer and cut into bar like shapes.

Step 8 :

Garnish with some sesame seeds and enjoy your healthy quick snack.
