Kiwi Mousse is quick and easy to prepare. Anybody can make it. Simple ingredients are the secret of a dish that is both easy to make and an assured success.

Step 1 :

Peel the kiwis. Cut them in half and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.

Step 2 :

Get rid of the small black seeds and using a blender, blend the fruit pieces into a pulp.

Step 3 :

Separate the egg whites from the yolk.

Step 4 :

Mix the egg yolks and the sugar in a saucepan.

Step 5 :

Add the kiwi pulp and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 6 :

Whisk the egg whites until it forms stiff peaks.

Step 7 :

Take the saucepan off the stove and carefully add the whisked egg whites to the kiwi mixture.

Step 8 :

Put the mixture into four glasses and place it in the fridge for at least an hour to set.

Step 9 :

Serve it chilled.
