This is a baked dessert recipe, it is very easy to make and tastes delicious.

Step 1 :
In a bowl, beat egg whites with lemon juice, salt and sugar to make a firm meringue.
Step 2 :
Grind hazelnuts and almonds separately to make a fine powder and set it aside.
Step 3 :
Keep aside 3 tbsp of the prepared meringue, to the rest add vanilla sugar, cinnamon, ground hazelnuts and ground almonds. Cover and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Step 4 :
Roll out about 3/4th cm of the mixture on a sugar-covered surface (you can roll the dough between two layers of cling film to make it easier).
Step 5 :
Cut out any desired shape (hearts or stars), put them on backing racks and cover it with the meringue, you kept aside earlier, add some drops of water on it.
Step 6 :
Preheat the over at 120°C.
Step 7 :
Bake it in the warm oven at 150 °C, in the lowest part of the oven for 15-18 minutes.
Step 8 :
Take off the racks and let cool while still on the baking sheet. They should be stored in tin boxes and get softer after 1-2 days.
