As the name suggests, this is an eggless pancake recipe and contains atta that provides health benefits.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, mix atta, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla essence. Add enough of water to make it a smooth batter. Ensure the batter is not too thick nor watery.

Step 2 :

Heat a pan on medium heat.

Step 3 :

Pour half tbsp oil, coat the pan well with it and pour in the batter with a soup ladle. The pancake size can vary as desired.

Step 4 :

Lower the heat and cover the pan for 2 minutes, once done turn it over to the other side. Ensure there is a light brown colour coating on both the sides.

Step 5 :

Serve it hot with a dollop of whipped cream.
