Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Preheat oven to 180 degree. To make the vegetable stock, take a vessel, add 2 cups of water and add maggi cubes to it, allow it to boil.

Step 2 :

In a large bowl mix together, mushrooms, grated garlic, 2 tbsp butter, salt and pepper. Keep it aside.

Step 3 :

In a large baking dish, add rice, vegetable stock, mushroom mixture and bake it for 25 minutes at 180 degree.

Step 4 :

Now, increase the temperature to 210 degree and bake further for 10 minutes.

Step 5 :

Take it out of the oven, add spring onion leaves and the remaining butter and mix. Serve it hot.
