Crispy Masala Soya

Crispy Masala Soya are made out of soya chunks. This dish is full of proteins. It can be served at any time of the day as a quick bite.

Step 1 :

Boil soya chunks in water with salt in it. Once cooled wash, drain and squeeze the soya chunks.

Step 2 :

Take another bowl, add rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Now, give it a toss.

Step 3 :

Next, add lemon juice and soya chunks and mix it well. Sprinkle some water if required. Keep it aside for 10 minutes to marinate.

Step 4 :

Take oil in a frying pan. Once it is hot, add curry leaves, vertically cut pieces of ginger and garlic. Saute well till they are golden in colour.

Step 5 :

Now, add the marinated mixture of soya chunks. Put a lid and allow vapor to form.

Step 6 :

Remove the lid and keep stirring till it becomes crispy on a low flame.

Step 7 :

Serve these Crispy Soya Chunks with finely chopped coriander on it.
