This recipe is one of the traditional unique recipes that we usually prepare at home as it is very healthy and the secret technique involved in this recipe is to mash boiled kaale chane with the back of a spoon or laddle and not grind it as grinding loses its texture.

Step 1 :

Add atta, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, 1 spoon of oil, water and knead dough.

Step 2 :

Mash boiled kaale chane with the back of spoon.

Step 3 :

To the mashed kaale chane, add chopped onion, green chillies, grated ginger and mix well.

Step 4 :

From kneaded dough, make balls of atta, roll it and in the center spread filling of kaale chane.

Step 5 :

Close from the edges and carefully roll it again so that filling does not comes out.

Step 6 :

On tawa, place rolled roti and when it starts to get cooked, then spread oil from sides.

Step 7 :

Shallow fry Kaale Chane Ke parathe from both sides.

Step 8 :

Serve with beetroot raita and salad.
