It's a special sweet from Bengal. Gulab jamun coated with kheer.

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Make a dough of paneer, mawa, maida,semolina & cardamom powder.

Step 2 :

Make round balls of it.

Step 3 :

Heat ghee & deep fry the balls in medium flame.

Step 4 :

Make sugar syrup & dip the balls for an hour.

Step 5 :

Make kheer now.

Step 6 :

Heat 2 spn ghee.

Step 7 :

Add paneer, mawa ,condensed milk & make a mixture of it.

Step 8 :

Take some mixture , press and shape like a bowl & put 1 gulab jamun inside the kheer mixture & cover it well.

Step 9 :

Keep it in refrigerator & serve by cutting into halves.
