This yummy starter is so simple but still can amaze your taste buds with its simple flavours. It is an oil-free and gluten-free small bite and you can eat it being guilt free.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take Semolina,curd,water,salt,ginger Chili paste and mix it well, divide into 3 portions equally.

Step 2 :

In first portion add carrot puree, in second portion add spinach puree and third will remain the same. At last add 1 teaspoon baking soda in each portion and mix very gently.

Step 3 :

Brush the cupcake moulds with oil and firstly pour the green mixture then white mixture and lastly carrot mixture and steam it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4 :

For tadka take oil 1teaspoon, add mustard seeds, one green chilli and curry leaves to it then add half cup of water and sugar and salt. Boil it for 1 minute and pour it on demoulded Dhoklas.

Step 5 :

Garnish it with green chutney, curd, coriander and coconut. It's ready.
