Prepare French cuisine at home with this delicious recipe of Cheesy Prawn Chicken Kiev

Preparation

Step 1 :

Shallow fry the small prawns, mince them and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Boil cut carrots and peas,then saute them in 1 tsp butter, keep aside.

Step 3 :

On 3 separate pans keep the breadcrumbs, beaten eggs and flour.

Step 4 :

Take a chicken breast and slit it to make a pocket.

Step 5 :

Fill that pocket with 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon grated cheese, 1 cheese slice (cut into strips), minced broccoli, minced prawns.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breast and rub well.

Step 7 :

Now slowly and carefully dip the chicken into the flour, then the egg and finally the breadcrumbs.

Step 8 :

Repeat with the second chicken breast.

Step 9 :

Next both go into the pan for a deep fry.

Step 10 :

Once fried after 10 mins, soak the extra oil.

Step 11 :

Cut in halves to let the molten cheese and butter flow.

Step 12 :

Serve with boiled veggies (peas, carrots).
