Hara Bhara Chicken

Prepared from chicken, coriander and pudina, this is a light and healthy meal that appeals to a range of taste buds.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Wash, clean and cut coriander leaves and 500gms of pudina leaves. Make a paste of them along with green chillies, ginger and cashews.

Step 2 :

In a deep based pan, heat oil, put cleaned and cut 1kg of chicken pieces (they have to be pierced with a fork).

Step 3 :

Put salt as per taste and 1 heaped tablespoon of powdered garam masala. Sauté it on a high flame till they turn brown on the sides.

Step 4 :

Put the paste and hung curd. Lower the flame cover it and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Step 5 :

Serve it with Aloo paratha or kulcha. It goes well with plain parathas as well
