Sugarless Mango and Nuts Icecream

As the season of mangoes is favorite to all, I have come up with a healthy sugarless Mango and Nuts ice cream which can be eaten without counting much on calories. In this recipe I have replaced the cream which is generally used in all ice creams with nuts which are a lot healthier than cream.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak Almonds and cashews until they become soft.

Step 2 :

Peel the skin out of Almonds.

Step 3 :

Grind peeled Almonds and cashews with milk in to a very smooth consistency.

Step 4 :

To the same add mango puree, honey, based on the sweetness of mangoes, and vanilla extract. Blend all of them together by running the blender again.

Step 5 :

Pour this in to a freezer safe air tight container and let it set.

Step 6 :

Every one hour take it out of the freezer and mix it to break any lumps or ice crystals. Repeat this up to 2 times every one hour.

Step 7 :

Then let it set completely.

Step 8 :

Ice cream is ready to be served
