Preparation

Step 1 :

In a kadai heat oil and add cumin seeds for tempering.

Step 2 :

Now add fine chopped onion and cook till light brown.

Step 3 :

Add fine chopped tomato and cook till bhuna masala leaves oil.

Step 4 :

Add ginger and garlic paste and cook well.

Step 5 :

Add salt, red chilly powder and coriander powder and mix well.

Step 6 :

Add potato, carrot and french beans and mix well. Cover and cook. Keep adding water in between and mixing so that the vegetables do not stick on the bottom of the kadai.

Step 7 :

When cooked, add green peas and mix well. Cover and cook till done.

Step 8 :

Add Knorr Chef's Vegetable masala mix well and cook for 2-3 min.

Step 9 :

For a South Indian twist, garnish with curry leaves and grated coconut.
