Crumbly, good texture. Great to use in grilled cheese sandwiches

Very good quality cheese for India

a nice change from the ever present cheddar, I especially love it with cumin. 

The cheese is god but sometimes it feels like it's probably over processed and stale, because it has a yellowish film on one side and its quite hard.

Cheese package had lost its seal when delivered and cheeses was unusually hard with a stale taste
