









Prawns Goan Curry is made with combining Prawns with creamy coconut milk and drumsticks. A classic Goan entrée with drumstick, creamy coconut milk and Prawns. Water (50%), Raw Prawns (20%), Coconut Milk Powder (7%) (Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin), Onion (9%), Drumstick (7%), Refined Sunflower Oil, Tamarind Paste, Salt, Seasoning, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Binder (INS1422), Black Pepper Powder, Thickener (INS412), Sichuan Pepper, Flavouring agent (INS469), Anticaking agent (INS339(iii), INS551).
GAS: Remove the pack from freezer. Peel off the plastic film. Add the contents of the tray in a cooking pan or pot, while placing the gravy in the bottom & Prawns on the surface. Heat for 9 minutes on a medium heat by covering the pan/pot & stir occasionally. Ensure that the Prawns are fully cooked. Serve piping hot with naan bread or rice.
Microwave: Remove the pack from freezer. Peel off the plastic film. Heat for 4 minutes on high heat , stir well & again heat on high for 5 minutes. Ensure that the shrimps are fully cooked. Stir again. Serve piping hot with naan bread or rice.
