2kg packs are preloaded with water....2kg pack came diluted and not thick like 1kg pack...big packs are scam as quality is very diluted hence they give discounts. also from past few months, quality of Asal dosa batter has gone down drastically and not how good when they had started  manufacturing. not ordering Asal from next time

Best batter for idly or dosa compared to ID and other brands. MTR idly batter will be 2nd in the list. No other brands come anywhere close to these two.

Batter was not good, idlis came out flat. Less urad, quality of batter has declined over time. Not recommended further and don't plan to order it in future
