2kg packs are preloaded with water....2kg pack came diluted and not thick like 1kg pack...big packs are scam as quality is very diluted hence they give discounts. also from past few months, quality of Asal dosa batter has gone down drastically and not how good when they had started  manufacturing. not ordering Asal from next time

Decent quality.  Need to bring the batter to room temperature and fluff it up with some stirring to get the idlis soft and puffy.
