• Take 1 cup of New Sona Masoori Rice and gently rinse it twice.
  
• Combine with 2½ cups of water and allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
  
• Bring the mixture to a boil, stir gently, and cover with a lid.
  
• Cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes, or until all the water is fully absorbed.
  
• Remove from heat and serve.
