There's no hints of Caramel or anything, it's woody and harsh on pallet, intensity is right I would say it's 6-6.5 ish but aroma is not that good either same earthy aroma ("smell of cheap quality"), it's basically commercial grade cheap quality coffee marketed by Lavazza
