Parboiled?
Rice is ok, long grain, but it seems to be steamed and that type of "brown" rice that loses all of its brown color just by soaking it! It can be easily man-colored white long grain rice. I am very happy with Bigbasket's own organic brown rice, which is excellent and at a much lower cost.

Brown colour is added! it is not brown rice!
this is not at all brown rice! this is fake. if you wash it properly all the colour goes away and looks like white rice!

Okey dokey kinda product.. it's not as raw a rice as we get at local grocer in Dadar or elsewhere in Bombay town.. it's very much on the refined side.
