To thaw your ITC Master Chef Prawns, here is a Quick Thaw Method: 1. Transfer Contents of the Pack Into a Polybag, 2.Make few small holes in the polybag, 3.Keep the polybag in a bowl of water (at room temperature water) for 20 minutes.
Caution: Do not defrost in hot water. Do not microwave to defrost. Do not defrost at room temperature without water.
Cooking: ITC Master Chef Prawns can be boiled, grilled, sauteed, baked or deep-fried. Avoid overcooking to retain their juicy texture and natural flavour.
Instructions for use: Store at 18C or below without any fluctuation in temperature. Changes in quality may occur if the product thawed and frozen again.
