Very good ....but we don’t want the jar every time........shall we get refill packet...one kg or two kg packet...

People with diabetes can have brown rice(ofc there is a limit to this rice too) but metabolically this is good for health compared to the normal white rice.

This product I had bought because it showed in nutritional facts that it contains selenium which is good for thyroid. However the container I bought it's the same one but no where selenium is mentioned at the back of the bottle which shows the product is not to be trusted.. 

As expected
not expecting to be fluffy and separated. it should be sticky which is okay.
