Annapoorna Powder - Kulambu Chilly, 50 g

Coriander, Chili, Pepper, Fenugreek, Salt, Cumin, Fennel, Toor dhal, Turmeric, Mustard, Curry leaves.

Annapoorna Kulambu Chilly powder can be used to prepare Tomato Curry, Fish curry, Egg curry, Tamarind curry, Fenugreek curry, all kind of Veg & Non Veg curries. In a deep vessel boil 10 pieces of brinjal (cut into 4) or any other vegetable with 4-5tbsp of Kulambu Chilly Powder, half cup of small onions and necessary water. Once the vegetable is almost cooked, add tamarind juice and cook for 5 minutes. Then add half cup coconut milk/coconut paste and season the kulambu with red chilly and curry leaves fried in 3 tbsp of gingelly oil. Let it cook in low flame for 5-7minutes and tasty Puli kulambu is ready to serve.
