it was very bad .had lot of white Worms in the packet.

Found insect inside the packet. we have not opened the pack yet. Surprised and worried.Would expect a replacement.

the rawa that I received is full of insects. please can you  replace it with a new pack. 

Lot of soil is filled. Can't have. In each chew we can feel soil presence.
