The quality is not maintained to the extent that fibre content is low. Please increase fibre content and let to the chakki atta coarse as it should be and  do not make like maida.

Rotis made from this atta cannot be eaten after even 25-20 minutes as they would get hard. Also, it's difficult to make pooris and rotis as the atta would shrink while making it. Overall, really disappointed.

The worst Atta available in the market.
