The fish was soft inside and crunchy iutside

I have never had this before but once i tasted these fish fingers i think i got addicted. These are fresh and very delicious.

Takes a lot of time get cooked from the inside, till then the outer crispy coating gets dark golden color, and have no flavor as such.
