need a exchange 

wanted urad split but got urad dhuli

dal is of low quality. It is mixed with some other dal. 
I want to return it. 

Purchased the item on 28th July 2021.Strangely moong dal was mixed with urad dal in all packets

Bad quality product supplied

I have stopped buying pulses, nuts, flour type items from BigBasket as the air is taken out from their packets which causes moisture and fungus to creep in and spoils the item.

it looks good but I haven't cook yet because just now I have unpack it but it looks good quality 

they have sent me split I ordered normal 

We opened this product today and found that it’s rotten and no option to return

poor product
